What if you could transform your leadership in just 70 days?

Not through a dramatic overhaul or a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, but through small, consistent steps that build on each other day after day.

That’s the experiment I’m beginning. For the next 70 days, I’ll be practicing, reflecting on, and sharing the skills that matter most in today’s fast-changing world, skills like adaptability, emotional intelligence, communication, and influence. Because here’s the truth: the skills we practice daily shape the leaders we become.

This isn’t about theory. It’s about real-world application. Experiments that anyone, at any stage of their career, can try, reflect on, and grow from.

Why 70 Days?

Seventy days might sound oddly specific—but there’s intention behind it. It’s long enough to see meaningful change, but short enough to feel achievable. Research shows that habits form through repetition and consistency, and even small, incremental actions can lead to lasting transformation when practiced daily.

I chose 70 days because I wanted to commit to something both structured and sustainable. Ten weeks creates space for momentum without the overwhelm of “forever.” It’s a container for focus, curiosity, and accountability. Reflecting on the book, “Tiny Experiments” by Anne-Laure Le Cunff, the concept of designing a tiny experiment focuses on a pact. “A simple repeatable activity that will bring you closer to achieving your authentic ambitions, regardless of the actual result of each trial. “ I’ve come to fully appreciate the free-spirited approach to experimenting that she talks about so passionately. I will keep track of skills observed for 70 days. I won’t focus on the outcomes, but the output.

We’re living in a time when artificial intelligence is reshaping the way we work, communicate, and create. The truth is, AI can streamline tasks, generate content, and even assist in decision-making—but it cannot replicate the uniquely human skills that set us apart: empathy, adaptability, influence, and authentic leadership.

That’s why this challenge matters. In a world where technology is accelerating, our human skills become our true differentiator. They’re what allow us to build trust, navigate complexity, and inspire others. They’re the compass that guides us when the map is still being drawn.

The next 70 days are about sharpening those differentiators—not to compete with AI, but to lead confidently alongside it.

The Invitation

For me, this 70-day challenge isn’t just about sharing ideas, it’s about practicing them right alongside you. Leadership is never a finished product. It’s a living, evolving practice.

So here’s my invitation:
👉 Pick one skill that you’d like to grow over the next 70 days.
👉 Commit to practicing it daily, even in the smallest way.
👉 Share your reflections, wins, and lessons learned.

Together, we can build momentum and discover what’s possible when we choose growth with intention. Because at the end of the day, the skills we practice daily really do shape the leaders we become. 70 days from now, we’ll have a stronger toolkit and proof of what’s possible when we choose growth, one day at a time.
